About to be two-time Georgia loser Stacey Abrams made the absurd claim that a human fetus cannot have a heartbeat in the womb at six weeks.
In a newly unearthed video of her appearance on a panel of left-wing extremists, Abrams insisted that those who claim there is such a thing are pushing a “manufactured sound.”
“There is no such thing as a heartbeat,” Abrams idiotically claimed.
“It is a manufactured sound designed to convince people that men have the right to take control of a woman’s body away from her,” she said.

Dr. Pradheep J. Shanker was shocked at Abrams scientific illiteracy and posted a series of tweets showing her for the liar she is…
And look how Democrats are perfectly happy with @staceyabrams spreading scientific misinformation to young people (who are nodding along, even though they are being told a lie).
Apparently misinformation only matters when it is inconvenient?

Ultrasound picks up density and motion. It can certainly pick up cardiac contraction. And furthermore, ultrasound does NOT pick up electrical activity (that is another bit of misinformation).

If you want to support abortion, fine.
But don't lie about what you are doing.
