DEEP STATE: Whistleblowers Reveal Methods Feds Used To Control Speech

What do you suppose Stalin’s Pravda would look like if they had access to modern research and tech, coupled with ZERO fear of negative repercussions? Maybe we don’t actually have to wonder.

A strong case could be made that we could look no further than our own government — the guys Schumer said had ‘six ways from Sunday of getting back at you’ — to know the answer to that question.

First, investigative reporters blew the lid off the Twitter Files story, exposing malign government influence in social media.

New whistleblower documents show that orchestrated efforts to produce malign government control of information flows go back further than we thought.

Michael Shellenberger has paired with some of the old Twitter Files crew to blow the lid off a scandal lurking unnoticed beneath the surface.

Shellenberger will be one of several testifying in Congress to answer questions on this topic.

Central to the questions he is likely to be asked is the series of stories he has just published that connect some dots in the supposedly ‘innocuous’ plans to exert global control over wrongthink.

You might look at how far they were willing to undermine messages that didn’t conform to the boilerplate DC groupthink.

We saw how ‘the Intelligence Community’ used the veneer of its authority to discredit the Hunter Laptop story… and how it ‘leaked’ bogus Russian information about bounties on American soldiers to undermine Trump’s re-election campaign.

It’s not just an American problem.

In Canada, the military took it upon itself (without orders or authorization, we’re told) to run an actual psyop campaign against Canadian citizens to ‘nudge’ Covid Compliance, which ClashDaily covered here. We’ve also covered how the US government got caught doing the same thing to push public opinion about Ukraine in a more favorable direction.

Taibbi is headed to DC to talk about what he’s dubbed the ‘Censorship Industrial Complex’… and how it can be stopped.

This is a big story.

It’s precisely the problem that Trump is going to war against.

If the receipts can be proven true, this attempt at ‘public service’ organs of government to be subverted and hijacked by political parasites more intent on furthering a private political agenda is a FAR greater threat to the Republic and the Constitution than ANYTHING the blowhards on MSDNC could possibly dream up in their endless accusations against Trump.

The timeline going back to (at least) 2017 is even more interesting when you look back at another story we wrote around that same time. Do you remember THIS blast from the past?

It’s not just the story itself, so much as the high-powered Silicon Valley types who showed a genuine interest in the plan to ‘California’ the Red States… whether they wanted to be flipped blue or not.

Gee, do you think that maybe a group who thinks the will of the people is an impediment to be worked around rather than a healthy check on the political ambitions of would-be totalitarians is exactly the kind of situation the Framers CREATED a check-and-balance system to protect against in the first place?

Looking back on how they made their moves, it now makes far more sense that the left, who know they could never win a conventional civil war, might look at how to leverage the advantages they DO have — in the information sector of media, film, music, tech, academia and so on — to wage a ‘civil war’ of a different kind than the one the right was ready to fight.

In the process, they labeled actual patriots willing to defend the Constitution as ‘radicals’ that need to be viewed with extreme suspicion… or worse.

Suddenly, Biden’s close association with BOTH TikTok AND the CCP takes on a more sinister dimension. Could the CCP be trading favors with Joe by running TikTok algorithms that radicalize the youth to support leftist causes?

If so…

It begs the obvious next question: in exchange for what, exactly?
