The Biden administration is being blasted for pushing the lie that Biden has “created more jobs” than any other president “ever.”
On Friday, the government released one of the worst jobs reports in modern American history. The economy only grew by 199,000 jobs. But economists expected 422,000 new jobs. So, Biden missed by a whopping half of the estimate.
Despite the horrible jobs report and one of the worst economies since the 1970s days of Jimmy Carter’s “malaise,” Biden has been traipsing about saying he has made more jobs than anyone.
He is lying.
During a CNN town hall in October, for instance, Biden boasted, “We’ve created more jobs in the first eight months of my administration than any president in American history — total number of jobs created.”
Even the left-wing Politifact called Biden’s boast a lie.
“The raw numbers support Biden’s claim, but the talking point glosses over the reality that the U.S. economy remains about 5 million jobs under its pre-pandemic peak,” the fact-checking outlet said. “It also ignores that adjusting for population growth would have made Carter first, rather than Biden.”
“But what phase of expansion the economy is in at the precise moment of their inauguration can play a big role in how a president’s first months go economically,” Politifact added.
But Bide pushed the lie again this week.
“Under President Biden, the economy has created more jobs per month than under any other President — ever,” the official White House Twitter account exclaimed.

This is all a lie.
Firstly, most of these jobs aren’t really new. They are people getting their job back from shutdowns. Imagine what Biden is saying. He is saying that he should get credit for “creating” jobs that government is responsible for shutting down in the first place.
This doesn’t even take into account the fact that more Americans are simply giving up and quitting their jobs than ever. Indeed, 4.4 million Americans left their job in September alone.
The lies coming out of this White House are astounding.
