Rocker Pink thinks she is taking a stand against “banning books” in the USA, but is accidentally refuting her own false claims by handing out books to fans at her concerts.

The pop star was excited to announce that she is giving away 2,000 “banned books” at two of her South Florida concerts in an effort to embarrass Florida Republicans and Sunshine State Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Per Scripps News:

The musician announced she is teaming up with PEN America to combat what the nonprofit calls a “book-banning crisis across the country.” That means fans who attend Pink’s Miami and Sunrise, Florida, shows on Tuesday and Wednesday will be given a copy of some of the books that have appeared on PEN America’s Index of Banned Books — many of which refer to things like sexuality, gender, race, religion and more.

“Books have held a special joy for me from the time I was a child, and that’s why I am unwilling to stand by and watch while books are banned by schools,” Pink said in a statement. “It’s especially hateful to see authorities take aim at books about race and racism and against LGBTQ authors and those of color. We have made so many strides toward equality in this country and no one should want to see this progress reversed. This is why I am supporting PEN America in its work and why I agree with them: no more banned books.”

The books she wants to give away are the sexually explicit gay sex books aimed at grooming small children for sexual contact with adults. Books including “The Family Book,” by Todd Parr, and “Beloved,” by Toni Morrison, both of which contain explicit sexual content aimed at kids.

Well, isn’t that nice?

But everything she said is a lie.

There are no books in Florida, much less the U.S.A., that are “banned.”

If fact, her own giveaway proves that her claims are a lie.

After all, if these books were banned, how could she buy 2,000 of them to giveaway? And if they were “banned” why aren’t the authorities and police lining up to confiscate them?

No, the truth is, books with inappropriate sexual content have been prevented from getting to small children in school libraries. That is all there is to it. We don’t let kids get hold of porn in school libraries, not even porn dressed up as “literature.”

But these books are available in adult libraries and are available for purchase by anyone who wants them.

There are no “book bans” in the U.S.A.

And Pink is proving the exact opposite of her point with this book giveaway stunt.

Just another boorish, uninformed, left-wing, loon who thinks she’s saving the world.
