An airlift that was organized by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis successfully evacuated 300 Americans from war-torn Israel last weekend.

The Republican presidential candidate and Florida’s first lady, Casey DeSantis, also appeared at Tampa International Airport to welcome home those onboard the flight, The Messenger reported.

DeSantis had signed an executive order last Thursday authorizing the state to assist in rescue and evacuation operations in Israel after the attack by the monsters of Hamas.

“The Biden administration has failed to launch any form of rescue or evacuation operations for Americans, including Floridians, stranded in the region, and has failed to provide information requested by the State of Florida about any plans for such operations,” DeSantis said in his order.

DeSantis also blasted Biden for evacuating people only to dump them off in Germany and leave them on their own.

The Florida Division of Emergency Management posted a notice that it would help pick up the slack from the Biden administration’s horribly weak response.

“If you are stranded in Athens and in need of safe transportation back to the United States, we may be able to assist you,” the FDEM stated. “Please complete our form at http://FloridaDisaster.org/Israel and share it with anyone who may need assistance.”

DeSantis’ Press Secretary Jeremy Redfern also encouraged Americans to look for help from the Sunshine State.
