Woke New Jersey’s radical Board of Education is pushing radical gender identity and climate change politics on the state’s eight-year-old students.
Last year, the Jersey Board of Ed approved new “education” standards to push these highly charged political topics on tiny kids. And the curriculum is set to go into effect when the fall school season begins in September.
The curriculum instructs teachers to “describe gender-role stereotypes and their potential impact on self and others” and “differentiate between sexual orientation and gender identity.”
“Analyze the influences of peers, family, media, social norms and culture on the expression of gender, sexual orientation, and identity,” the public school plan continues. “Advocate for school and community policies and programs that promote dignity and respect for people of all genders, gender expressions, gender identities, and sexual orientations.”
“Analyze current social issues affecting perceptions of sexuality, culture, ethnicity, disability status and make recommendations to address those issues,” the teachers are told.
The curriculum adds that eight-year-old kids should “Describe pregnancy testing, the signs of pregnancy, and pregnancy options, including parenting, abortion, and adoption.”
By the end of the second grade, the standards state that children are expected to “list medically accurate names for body parts, including the genitals.”
Second-graders are also to be taught “the range of ways people express their gender and how gender-role stereotypes may limit behavior.”
Then there are the “standards” which will tell kids about “how climate change affects the health of individuals, plants and animals.”
You can learn more about all this garbage from Fox News.
But none of this belongs in the classroom. These are eight-year-old kids! There are far more important and formative things kids that young need to be learning.
Why do liberals hate children.
