A growing number of woke corporations are claiming that the Mother’s Day holiday is triggering and controversial and are sending emails to customers asking if they want to opt out of information about the holiday.

I’ll bet you never knew that Mother’s Day was triggering to people and that it is not woke enough to be celebrated without apologies to the aggrieved.

Well, apparently, a growing number of big companies think just that.

“Corporate America, though, has for some reason decided that Mother’s Day is a ‘sensitive’ time, a ‘challenging’ time, or a ‘difficult’ time, so they are inviting customers to opt out of emails related to the triggering day,” David Strom of HotAir noted this week.

Strom cited a series of tweets from Arizona Informer that has been alerted to a list of companies that are wringing their hands over Mother’s Day:
