Washington D.C. monuments are being covered in a black slime, a “biofilm.” Nobody knows where it came from (in the proximate, secular sense) or what to do about it.
“It is very frustrating. And it’s one of those things the more we look into it, the more questions we ask, the more we come up with all sorts of theories and ideas, but to date there is no known permanent solution to get rid of biofilm.”
“We have absolutely no intention of allowing nature to take its course and cover a gloriously white marble rotunda with a blackened biofilm.”
says Mike Litterst of the National Park Service.
Black slime? Mike Litterst! Tell me God doesn’t have a sense of humor.
Well Mike, “We have absolutely no intention of allowing nature to take its course…” is bravely spoken. But I suspect you have no idea what (Whom) you’re up against.
Sorry for sort-of gloating, but this is the most exciting thing I’ve seen in I-can’t-remember-when.
Can nothing relatively harmless wake-up this government and this nation?
