One of the major problems today are some of the judges who refuse to enforce the law and PUNISH criminals when they commit crimes. Especially teenage criminals. They look at teenage criminals as if they were “innocent children” and give them a “slap on the wrist” when they commit a crime, letting them back on the street, when they should be in jail or prison. Such is the case in Baltimore, MD, where a juvenile was arrested THREE TIMES in January and let go all three times. This kid was a “hard-core” drug dealer, connected with a major drug operation. He has been arrested with a gun several times, before, and been a murder suspect. He was working on his FOURTH arrest since the first of the year with a gun in his hand, when accosted by a cop. I guess he was tired of being arrested for his crimes and decided to kill the cop. But the cop killed him, instead. The whole thing was recorded by the cop’s video camera, which probably saved that cop’s career. Otherwise, the “Black Lives Matter” fools would say he was unarmed, and “just an innocent child who was killed by that meany cop” and nobody would take his word that the kid was armed and about to kill HIM.
That’s what they did in Ferguson MO, and managed to ruin the life and career of the cop who ended the career of a giant thug who went through life intimidating people by his size, and was in the process of trying to kill that cop when killed. As big as that kid was, he WAS a weapon, and didn’t need a gun. But riots ensued, perpetrated by PAID RIOTERS, and lying “witnesses,” who were his friends, said he was not only unarmed, but had his hands up, crying, “Don’t shoot!” when he was killed. Other, more credible witnesses said otherwise, but nobody was listening, except the grand jury, which cleared the cop, creating more riots. In Baltiore, if this judge had done his job properly, this kid would still be alive (unless killed by one of his “friends”). Judges way too often let these kids off with a “slap on the wrist,” and they grow more and more cocky every time. They think they have the “system” beat, and they do.
The cops do their jobs and arrest them, and the judges do not, and put them back on the street, to commit more crimes, and kill more people, and sometimes get killed, themselves. Chicago is one of the worse examples of this, and the politicians there have no idea what to do. So they make more “gun laws” that don’t work, because they’re aimed at the wrong people: law-abiding citizens who are NOT the problem, at all, IGNORING the ILLEGAL gun owners, who are. Most of these judges are liberals, appointed by the likes of Barack Hussein Obama, Bill Clinton, and Jimmy (“Peanuts”) Carter. These judges create more crime than Obama did by releasing so many criminals and terrorists from prison, to prey on the rest of us. There should not EVER be a “lifetime appointment” for a judge, with no way to penalize them if they don’t do their jobs. They should be appointed for a specific length of time, and subject to overview, to MAKE them do their jobs. That will go a long way toward reducing crime.
