We are all hearing the news about who is to blame for separating alleged illegal children from their illegal parents at the border being cruel, not humane, and etc. But after some research, I feel the real reason this new tactic or diversion was created was to cover this real fact I found on a web page and a book written by a man named Fredric Bastiat. This man’s statements hits the nail on the head because he proves that any and all illegals have NO rights of any kind when they enter America, other than being treated humane as any law breaker in America and then sent back to their country as the American Immigration laws say. Here is what Bastiat says:
Frederic Bastiat (1801 to 1850) was a man who according to Walter Williams, “believed that the single greatest threat liberty was the government itself” [when it turns on its constituents and permits “legal plunder” of the laws the constituents created to protect themselves] (Bastiat, Frederic, The Law: The Classic Blue Print for a Free Society. Foundation for Economic Education: Hudson, NY, 2007). According to Williams, Bastiat proves this by making this statement, “See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to others whom it does NOT (caps by me for emphasis) belong. See if the new laws (like Obama’s Dreamer act) benefits one citizen (or illegal foreign citizens) at the expense of another (like US legal and Naturalized US citizens) by doing what the citizen can not do without committing a crime (as in entering the US illegally and then demanding the same rights and privileges as US citizens). This description, my fellow legal and naturalized, and green card US citizens is what Bastiat calls “legal Plunder.” Doesn’t this statement sound exactly like what the open borders US left leaning judges, open border pro illegal aliens politicians like Pelosi and gang, and states like California and their Governors like Brown and their legislature are doing by giving foreign law breaking so called illegal immigrants the same privileges, rights, and benefits as Americans in their quests to give so called Dreamers and their illegal alien parents a free path to US citizenship?
These acts of “Pro Legal Plunder” by American Left leaning Judges, politicians, and Democrat controlled American states are exactly what US legal American citizens should fear and be up in arms against because as you will soon see, according to Bastiat America is at a crossroad that he feels is a future of becoming a Socialist controlled country and NOT a Republic. I think Williams says it best after he introduces Bastiat’s definition of legalized Plunder that I mentioned in my last paragraph when he says, “With [Bastiat’s] accurate description of legalized plunder, [one] cannot deny the conclusion that most government activities [that are being pushed by the left like Pelosi and her Democrat Party] are legalized plunder, or for the sake of modernity, legalized theft [of American citizens’ right and privileges], and progressivism.
To make a long story short, Bastiat’s conclusion on legalized plunder is that America’s Constitution, her immigration laws, and criminal laws were (or are in these day an age too) instituted to only protect the people who instituted the American government for-and-of-the-people of the United States so that others could not enter the US and basically confiscate or lay claim too (as in illegals getting the same rights and privileges to live in the US with following US laws) their rights to life, liberty, property, and their pursuit of happiness that Americans fought for and earned, and set up to defend from those who would enter and also lay claim to these alleged God given rights. To explain my last statement, I think Bastiat says it best when he says, “What then is law? It is the collective organization of the individual right to lawful DEFENSE (my caps for emphasis).” Bastiat goes on to say, “Each of us has a natural right—from God—to defend his person, his liberty, and his property.
