Obama has no respect for the rule of law, the office of the President, nor the American people. This is clearer now than it ever has been.
So we shouldn’t be surprised by the revelation that Obama and his administration mouth-pieces lied about the Iran nuclear deal – nor should we be surprised that there were “secret” negotiations which favored only Iran. It’s what democrats do – it’s what progressives do.
They have this rather odd dichotomy of negotiation tactics. Domestically, they lie, cheat and make secret deals to benefit only themselves – which one would expect of any criminal enterprise. Yet once the negotiations step outside the domestic into foreign policy, they can’t wait to give away the store – lying and cheating for the benefit of our adversaries. It really is odd.
Do you think Cubans are fighting for healthcare or freedom from Communism?
But this is the modern anti-American democrat party – and Obama is king of the hill in this regard. His administration lied about giving Iran $400 million worth of palletized cash – that it was certainly not a ransom payment.
They lie about immigration and deportations, they lie about Obamacare. The Obamacare bill was practically a state secret before it was passed. Recall what Nancy Pelosi said about having to pass it to see what’s in it. The TPP is so secret that one can go to prison for revealing its contents. They lie about the economy, jobs, everything.
The bottom line is – if anyone from this administration is speaking, rest assured that part or all of what they say is a lie. It’s frankly the only thing we can count on.
Lying is one thing – but making secret agreements with the number one state sponsor of terror is quite another – knowingly jeopardizing our national security and that of our allies, particularly Israel.
Reuters reports that, “The United States and its negotiating partners agreed ‘in secret’ to allow Iran to evade some restrictions in last year’s landmark nuclear agreement in order to meet the deadline for it to start getting relief from economic sanctions, according to a think tank report published on Thursday.”
Upon hearing the news, Trump advisor, retired Army General Michael Flynn, said: “It’s now clear President Obama gave away the store to secure a weak agreement that is full of loopholes.”
The “loopholes” were two exemptions that, “‘allowed Iran to exceed the deal’s limits on how much low-enriched uranium (LEU) it can keep in its nuclear facilities,’ the report said. LEU can be purified into highly enriched, weapons-grade uranium.”
An anonymous source with direct knowledge of the “negotiations” said the only reason Iran was allowed to skate on the uranium limits was that it could not otherwise meet the sanction lifting deadline of January 16, 2016.
In other words, Obama was so anxious to free up Iran’s $150 billion sanctions, he was willing to do anything to achieve that end – which means he lied that the “agreement” will make the world safer. This is an obvious lie. He knew it then and we know it now.
And don’t doubt for a moment that Hillary Clinton wasn’t privy to this information, as she was Secretary of State when this whole sham began.
Since the “exemptions” precedent has been set, David Albright, the report’s co-author and former U.N. weapons inspector, stated that there is now a real risk of Iran using the precedent to “seek additional waivers.”
That’s Human Nature 101. Compromise once and others will expect and demand it again…and again.
What is it about these people? Is it some sort of genetic defect, that they appear incapable of telling the truth or doing the right thing? Are they just stupid? Do they just not care about the consequences, or do they not believe the Iranians, who have stated to the world on countless occasions, their intention to develop nuclear weapons and use them on us and Israel.
I guess it’s the latter. Since Obama, Hillary and the rest of the dems lie from waking to sleep, I’m sure they assume everyone else must do the same – including the Iranians.Tags: Hillary Clinton Obama
