Left-wing U.S. Supreme Court Justices Elena Kagan, Stephen Breyer, and Sonia Sotomayor were recorded spreading major lies about the coronavirus during last week’s case considering the legality of Joe Biden’s vax mandates.
For instance, during her questions on the case Elena Kagan exclaimed that “the best way” to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is “for people to get vaccinated,” and the “second best way.”
Both of these statements are lies. You can spread COVID-19 whether you have been vaccinated or not. And mountains of research shows that masking doesn’t stop viral infections at all.
For his part. Steven Breyer amazingly claimed that “750 million” Americans had tested positive for COVID. That is an interesting number. After all, the entire United States only contains about 330 million people! Apparently, Breyer thinks that every living American has tested positive for the virus, TWICE each!
Further, both Kagan and Breyer falsely claimed that vaccination would bring COVID infections to zero. This will not happen even if the vaccines are perfect in every way because vaccines don’t go out among the world slaying viruses wherever they hide.
But the worse lies came out of the mouth of the “wise Latina” Sonia Sotomayor whose misconstruction of the truth reached new heights. Sotomayor foolishly claimed that there are 100,000 children in the hospital with COVID and “many” are on respirators.
This is just a flat out lie. Even Joe Biden’s crooked CDC says there are only 3,342 kids in U.S. hospitals with COVID. And there is also a discrepancy about that number because it isn’t known how many of those kids have simply tested positive but are suffering from causes other than COVID.
Being in the hospital “with” COVID is not exactly the same thing as being sent to the hospital “because” of COVID.
Sotomayor also pushed the falsehood that the COVID omicron variant is just as deadly as the original strain of COVID-19. This is not true at all. Every study is showing that omicron is a far weaker strain than delta or the earlier strains.
Even the left-wing Politifact had to give Sotomayor’s claims a rating of 100% false:
