Lego used to be one of the ultimate toys of creativity, where kids could make anything they wanted, but now Lego is telling kids what they are making to satisfy woke identity politics.

Recently, Lego debuted new characters in its line of “Lego Friends” characters. But this new set includes toys that are “inclusive of gender, culture, ethnicity, physical traits and abilities, non-visible disabilities and neurodivergence,” the company said in a press release.

On its webpage, Lego explained its drive to wokery:

“3 out of 4 children feel that there aren’t enough toys that represent them. The re-imagined LEGO® Friends characters are more representative of the world that today’s kids navigate, inclusive of gender, culture, ethnicity, physical traits and abilities, non-visible disabilities and neurodivergence. The storylines explore the ups and downs of friendship, while the characters overcome challenges, obstacles, and differences in today’s modern world.”

The thing about Lego has always been that you can create whatever you want with them.

If you want to make a gay Lego dude, that is your choice.

But now Lego is forcing this wokeness on kids before they even get a chance to employ their creativity.

Kids don’t need this creepy social engineering telling them that their toys are transgender, have ADHD, or have gender issues. If kids want their Legos to have those qualities so that their toys “look like them,” there is already literally nothing stopping them from playing that way.

This is just virtue signaling to the extreme left. It isn’t catering to kids. It’s catering to kids’ radical parents and the extremist, anti-kid groomers they support.
