Once again, we see how insane Democrats are, this time in Rhode Island where the left is attempting to pass a law to double the state tax on parents who haven’t pumped their kids full of dangerous COVID vaccines.

This is serious insanity, folks.

The same bill (S2552) would force parents to pay a $50 fine for every month their kids remain unvaxed.

The bill goes on to require the state to offer free vaccines to all citizens over 10.

The bill says it applies to every person “of at least 16 years of age” as well as every person “under 16 years of age” and over 10 years of age… in other words, it applies to everyone over 10.

The relevant section reads: “Any person who violates this chapter shall be required to pay a monthly civil penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) and shall owe twice the amount of personal income taxes as would otherwise be assessed pursuant to chapter 30 of title 44.”

The bill does have exemptions, but they would be nearly impossible to fulfill. Parents would need to have three different doctors state on record and in writing that the child is “not fit for immunization” and the children themselves would also have to sign the application form.

The state’s leftist-controlled Dept. of health would then be given the power to reject the application out of hand and with no reason supplied.

All employers would be required to supply the state with health information about their employees. Further, employers would be fined $5,000 if they resist.

The Democrats pushing this outrageous stuff used a recent survey claiming that 65 percent of Rhode Islanders support mass vaccination. The bill sponsors claim that the poll proves scientifically that the people support their bill. However, the sponsors also don’t bother to note that even the authors of the survey admitted that their poll is not scientific.
