I am feeling disrespect and anger at the entertainment community of our Country. Now Tom Hanks, an actor I have always admired and enjoyed, has fallen by the wayside in my thoughts. Mr. Hanks has refused to go to the White House with respect to his latest movie. Does he think the visit would be only for him. Wake up Mr. Hanks. That would signify the respect you should have for your White House, your Oval Office, and also the respect you would have for your fans. You are failing all tremendously.
Why are you and your fellow entertainers mixing your personal political view with your chosen careers? Are you using your popularity to further your own personal agenda? Is that not what we are criticizing our Washington elite for?
Perhaps the “back-room” Liberals are using all of you to influence our younger generation! Did not the Education wing of our Nation use their position strongly and continuously to re-shape the minds of our youth?
Seems we are fighting these misguided, un-American folks on two fronts.
They do not realize the error of their ways, unfortunately. It is time to remember the words of our founders. Especially the many who warned of a Nation divided; a Nation not remembering and relying on its history to avoid repeating the same mistakes.
Stop with the self-grandizing and put your fans and your Country first. Your self efficacy is becoming sickening. You are PART of the world, NOT the world itself.
Grow up; appreciate what the Fates have bestowed on you, and keep your personal thoughts out of the public arena.
