On Friday a state judge in Florida rejected a request by Walt Disney Co to dismiss a lawsuit by a Florida oversight district, that will likely make it harder for the company to sue Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis over the tax status of the land where it operate Disney World.

Per wire service Reuters:

The ruling allows the oversight district to pursue its case that seeks to void “backroom deals” favorable to Disney that were struck with a prior district board earlier this year. If those deals were voided, the district has said it would nearly wipe out Disney’s federal case against DeSantis.

A Disney spokesperson said the decision “has no bearing” on the federal lawsuit seeking to “vindicate Disney’s constitutional rights.”

“We are fully confident Disney will prevail in both the federal and state cases,” the spokesperson said in an email.

This is all Disney’s fault, of course.

The left-wing groomers at Disney went into overdirve to stop the state of Florida from implementing rules that prevents leftist school administrators from pushing the radical transgender and gay political agenda on kids under 10 years of age. Disney used its billion to try and force state legislators to can the proposed law, and once it became law anyway, the company pledged to spare no resources to force the law’s repeal.

Of course, Disney has no role at all to use its corporate dollars to push political agendas. Worse, Disney has the reputation as a family entertainer, and yet it is now spending millions to push the radical agenda to groom our children for sexual abuse at the hands of radical gays and transgender activists.

The fact that Disney is working so hard to expose our children to sexual abuse like this is galling, to say the least.

And it is reason enough to refuse to support anything Disney tries to sell you.
