Despite Joe Biden and the Democrat’s hope that the reversal of Roe v Wade will help them during the next election, several new polls find that most voters have other issues that concern them more than abortion.

Biden has been pushing more pro-abortion Senators and seems to imagine that abortion with be a key issue going into the 2022 midterm election. But several polls show that the voters just aren’t all that excited about the issue.

Per Just the News:

A Monmouth University poll released Tuesday asked respondents to identify the biggest concern facing their family right now. In total, 66% cited inflation, gas prices, unemployment, economy and paying everyday bills. Abortion came in as a top concern for just 5%.

An Associated Press-NORC poll released Friday found that most Americans view economic issues as their top concern.

“Forty percent of U.S. adults specifically name inflation in an open-ended question as one of up to five priorities for the government to work on in the next year, according to a June poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research,” read an AP summary of the poll’s findings. “That’s a sharp rise from 14% in December and less than 1% the year prior. In all, 77% mention the economy in any way, up from 68% in December.”

Pollster Scott Rasmussen told Just the News that “the top 3 issues are still inflation, inflation, and inflation.”

Inflation is currently at a 40-year high, and gas prices are averaging close to $5 a gallon nationally.

Yep. That sounds about right.

Abortion has never been a super important issue except to the extremist, baby-killing left-wing who live and breath the topic.

Most Americans have general beliefs about abortion, but it has never been a major issue driving their lives and pushing them to vote for one party or another.

This is why Democrats have never moved to make abortion a law in Congress and have instead left it to the Supreme Court. It is because they know they won’t get as much as they want via legislation because most people oppose their extremist view on it.
