“Trump is good for business now,” said John Bonifield, a Sr. Producer at CNN in the recent video footage obtained by Project Veritas.

Bonifield admits to the official CNN narrative that Trump has colluded with Russia, and that Russia has interfered with the 2016 election. He expresses clear doubts that there is a fire behind the Russia smoke, stating, “I haven’t seen any good enough evidence to show that the President committed a crime.” He also confirms suspicions that CNN staff is ideologically biased against Trump, stating, “I know a lot of people don’t like him and they’d like to see him get kicked out of office … I think the President is probably right to say, like, look you are witch hunting me … you have no real proof … It’s mostly bullshit right now. Like, we don’t have any giant proof … if it was something really good, it’d leak.”

On June 22, 2017, CNN.com published the fake story connecting Anthony Scaramucci, a top proponent of Trump, to a Russian Direct Investment Fund allegedly run by a bank controlled by the Kremlin. After Russia story retraction, the network reported Monday that Thomas Frank, the author of the story, Eric Lichtblau, an editor in the CNN investigative unit that ran the story, and Lex Haris, who oversaw the unit, were laid-off. As it turned out, the $10 billion investment fund became a private entity in 2016, thus ruining that piece of “news.”

From CNN: “That story did not meet CNN’s editorial standards and has been retracted. The network apologized to Mr. Scaramucci, which he accepted.”

In the aftermath of that scandal, and taking in consideration that CNN retracted already four stories just in June of this year, the management is “tightening the screws” – new directive from top brass to CNN’s liberal TV hosts and staffers: “No one should publish any content involving Russia without coming to me and Jason … This applies to social, video, editorial, and MoneyStream. No exceptions,” CNNMoney executive editor Rich Barbieri said in his internal email.

In the mentioned hidden camera video clip Bonifield exposes that Russia has been great for CNN’s ratings, and that orders from CEO Jeff Zucker himself have directed CNN to pursue Russia leads at the expense of other stories. Bonifield states that in their internal meeting, Zucker said “… good job everybody covering the Climate Accords, but we’re done with it let’s get back to Russia …”

I fully agree with J. B. of World News Politics, who “uncovers” a “huge secret” in relations between Donald Trump and Jeff Zucker. Remember the “The Apprentice” time? Zucker originally approved the show when he ran NBC. He took a big gamble on Trump and won. Further, Zucker made the same bet on Trump’s election campaign. And finally, maybe he decided there could be a “gold-mine” in the anti-Trump charge.

I may add another twist, just a crazy guess – the so called CNN’s “anti-Trump” “Fake News” business is a well calculated play written by Zucker and well received on the other end by Trump. God forbid thinking of a plot! Old friends must understand each other without any words. Russia has been great for CNN’s ratings from the “left audience”, but WH got the big piñata to beat up.
