The China genocide Olympics are a major bust for NBC Sports as the ratings for the open ceremonies now ranks as the worst in Olympics history.

On Saturday, NBC Sports tried to make it seem that its coverage was a big success with 14 million TV-only viewers.

But that number is 43 percent lower than the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, which had 23.8 million viewers.

“The previous low over the last three decades was the 1992 Barcelona games, which had 21.6 million viewers,” The Wrap reported. “The high watermark for an opening ceremony was the London Games in 2012, when more than 40 million tuned into NBC’s tape-delayed coverage.”

Deadline added, “A paltry 8.7 million tuned in on NBC in primetime see the pre-taped Mike Tirico and Savannah Guthrie-led coverage of the propaganda-heavy spectacle put on by Chinese President Xi Jinping and filmmaker Zhang Yimou.”

But the overall numbers are a success story when the compared to the numbers broken down by demos. At a 1.2 rating, the coveted 18-49 demo saw a 68 percent drop over 2018 (3.7). And the ratings among the 18-34 are range was a mere 0.7, down 73% from 2018.

According to a recent story by left-wing blog FiveThirtyEight, a poll taken late last year found that only 45 percent of respondents had any interest in watching the 2022 games.

This is a massive disaster for the Chinese genocide games. And a huge black eye for the U.S. media.
