After months of investigating, after dozens of charges, prison sentences, and proof of collusion and corruption between administration workers and Russia, and America listens to a President blatantly calls for Lawlessness by telling his current people to ignore courts and judges. What does this mean to America? What does it mean to Democracy, the Constitution, and the rule of law? Do the American citizens need to demand at the doors of the Whitehouse that the current President is removed, or does America stand back and whimper from their Patriotic duties to protect America at all costs?

Does the Red of the party of fat Elephants stand strong for greed, corruption, and blood flowing in the streets of America like those of third world countries? Does the American citizen have the right to demand the removal of a corrupted, mediocre, mentally deficient President? At what point does the country’s own legal body take control and stop the onslaught of a party gone awry?

The hubris President {Hubris: the opposite of humility, exhibited by those who know very little about how to gain trust or lead others.} has shown colors of dictatorship, racism, hate, and ignorance on almost a daily basis. Should this be accepted by the individual American? Does America not guarantee in the Declaration of Independence the Freedom to question the government, especially the President as well as to live free without fair of retaliation for speaking against the Government?

Does the American Patriot and Citizen have the backbone and deliverance to follow the Declaration of Independence?

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen United States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, —That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness. 

 

In life, one must make hard and definitive decisions to protect one’s family and self from unabridged control by one body. In America today, any citizen can see that the Red Party, Republicans are far from Conservative and more like a communist or Oligarchy style thinking. Let no American ever forget the Bill of Rights!

Article the first… After the first enumeration required by the first article of the Constitution, there shall be one Representative for every thirty thousand, until the number shall amount to one hundred, after which the proportion shall be so regulated by Congress, that there shall be not less than one hundred Representatives, nor less than one Representative for every forty thousand persons, until the number of Representatives shall amount to two hundred; after which the proportion shall be so regulated by Congress, that there shall not be less than two hundred Representatives, nor more than one Representative for every fifty thousand persons.

Article the second… No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.

Article the third… Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Article the fourth… A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Article the fifth… No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Article the sixth… The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Today, sadly and unfortunately, America is on the cusp of following the great Democracies of Greece and Rome from Athens which is often regarded as the birthplace of democracy and remains an important reference point for democracy. Athens emerged in the 7th century BCE.

Greed, gluttony, ignorance, and blindness to the corrupt Political advances of the Republican Party not only cries for a new Conservative party, but for the fruition of a new Independent Party. These new parties must reject the vile ways of Republicans and embrace law and order, assistance to all, prosperity for all, and an awakening to the political world that moves around them.

One can stand blind on the mountain’s edge and step over into the crevice of darkness with their desired ignorance for greed and gluttony, or one can choose to awaken their eyes and ears to the reality that is swirling precariously around them.

Can America Survive? Only when it’s citizens stand firm against corruption and lock arms injustice and the American Constitution.
