Has the Biden administration just betrayed his radical LGBTQ cohorts? It looks like the Biden administration is requiring all men… even those who claim to be transgender women … to sign up for the draft.
That’s right, Selective Service says you have to sign up for the draft even if you claim to be a woman. As long as you were born a male, you must sign up once you reach the age of 18. PERIOD!
This is a stick in the eye of the radical transgender lobby which claims that “trans women are women.” And since women are not eligible for the draft, this is a violation of the “trans” identity.
Here is the note at the Selective Service System website:
US citizens or immigrants who are born male and changed their gender to female are still required to register. Individuals who are born female and changed their gender to male are not required to register.
OPM notes that “transgender” refers to people whose gender identity and/or expression is different from the sex assigned to them at birth (e.g. the sex listed on an original birth certificate). The OPM Guidance further explains that the term “transgender woman” is typically used to refer to someone who was assigned the male sex at birth but who identifies as a female. Likewise, OPM provides that the term “transgender man” typically is used to refer to someone who was assigned the female sex at birth but who identifies as male.
However, if you were born female, but you now think you are a male, you still don’t have to register.
Yep. The radical trans lobby won’t like this at all.
