During a Teacher of the Year event at the White House on Wednesday, Joe Biden told teachers that school kids belong to teachers, not parents.

“They’re not someone else’s children, they’re our children,” Biden instructed teachers. “And they are the kite strings that literally lift our national ambitions aloft.”

“You have heard me say it many times about our children, but it is true. They’re all our children. And the reason you are the teachers of the year is because you recognize that,” Biden said. “They’re not somebody else’s children. They’re like yours when they’re in the classroom.”

No, you senile, creepy old fool. Kids DO NOT belong to teachers, in or out of the classroom.

Teachers need to be trained NOT to think the kids in their classroom are “their” kids. They need to be trained to simply be instructors, not mothers and fathers.

This is one of the biggest reasons that Democrats are losing support of average, every day Americans all over the country. This insistence that America’s kids belong to leftist teachers and the state but don’t belong to parents is literally driving voters out of the Dummicrat Party and into the waiting arms of the GOP.

But you keep doing you, Joe.
