Joe Biden and his administration spent weeks dismissing the Chinese spy balloon as merely China’s playing games and insisting that the balloon could not have recorded any military intel. Now we know that they lied as the wreckage of that balloon now shows that U.S. military information WAS recorded by the balloon’s spy equipment.

According to CBS News:

China was able to control the balloon so it could make multiple passes over some of the sites (at times flying figure-eight formations) and transmit the information it collected back to Beijing in real time, the three officials said. The intelligence China collected was mostly from electronic signals, which can be picked up from weapons systems or include communications from base personnel, rather than images, the officials said.

The three officials said China could have gathered much more intelligence from sensitive sites if not for the administration’s efforts to move around potential targets and obscure the balloon’s ability to pick up their electronic signals by stopping them from broadcasting or emitting signals.

This means that the balloon was able to transmit sensitive intel to China even after the Biden admin. knew it was there and had decided NOT to shoot it down.

And remember, Biden lied about the ability of the balloon to gather intel.

Per the Daily Mail:

The Biden administration at the time downplayed the seriousness of the spy balloon.

The President told Telemundo on 9 February: ‘It’s not a major breach. Look, the total amount of intelligence gathering that’s going on by every country around the world is overwhelming.’

Now we find out that while Biden and his Chinese-partnering cohorts were dithering about shooting the thing down, it really was transmitting intel to modernity’s biggest enemy.
