A new poll finds that Americans overwhelmingly want the Biden administration to increase domestic energy production even as he works to destroy that very industry.

As Americans are beset by skyrocketing gasoline and home heating oil prices, the new poll by The Trafalgar Group finds that 77.3 percent of those surveyed want U.S. energy company to ramp up production, according to Just the News.

The poll notes that Americans want more energy from home “in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, President Biden should make increasing American energy production a priority.”

With bad news for Biden and his foolish climate change religonists, both independents (77.6 percent) and Democrats (67 percent) agree.

“We can see in these numbers that Americans of all political stripes are being heavily impacted at the gas pump and want to see decisive action to ease our inflation-plagued economy,” said Mark Meckler, president of Convention of States Action. “But this is not only about lowering prices, it’s also obvious to everyone that buying oil from our enemies threatens both America’s national security and our economy.”

“Voters want Americans to benefit from American-produced energy,” Meckler added.

Meanwhile, Biden is working as hard as he can to tear down the U.S. energy industry. Since day one, he has been doling out rules to hamper U.S. energy. And this week he told super-rich donors that he will begin using executive orders to further destroy the energy industry.
