You are correct, Rom is not a strong candidate, but then when have the GOP ever produced a strong candidate?  Got Sarah up there and when they discovered what they had saddled, they repeatedly stabbed her in the back.  She could have carried mccain had she been given her head and allowed to run with it.

Ladies hated her, but then anything that does not insure security and protection will not be acceptable to most of the ladies, just the way it is.

Remember that is was John McCain and the hapless Republicans that help elect Obama.Fast foward two years later, when McCain ran for re-election to the Senate from Arizona. He ran against,in the primary, the Tea Party candiate JD Hayworth. McCain spent $30 million to get re-elected. His whole campaign was about how bad JD was, never about what he had done for Arizona as a Senator.

If McCain and the Republicans had used the same plan McCain used to defeat JD Hayworth, McCain would be president, not Obama.

My person opinion that was a set-up election for Obama to win . There is really two party system at the national level anymore. It all a shell game for the dumb stupid public.

If you looking blame someone for Obamacare, it belongs to both the Democrats and Republicans. Again, if Obama get re-elected, you can blame the Republicans for not running a strong candiate (note Romney is not a strong candiate.)
