Herta,

Paul was for limted enumerated powers of federal government before there was a tea party. He has always been for exiting UN and is skeptical of WTO that replaces bilateral deals with foreigners. He is skeptical over Federal reserve and globalism that cede US sovereignity.

Paul is serious about size and scope of federal goverment and he is aware of big corporations running the nation. Paul thinks small local business should determine the economic force.

The others running  are paying lip service to fiscal retraint compared to Ron Paul. Thats all.

Cel, I agree. We have to be so careful and really investigate  all the candidates because so many of them are Neocons and would do us no good. We have to get rid of the Globalists

Christine,

I have a hunch Gen Petraeaus will run as Dem Hillary Clinton's VP nominee in 2016. He seems ambitious. They are two globalists with a media that will go light on them.

Herta,

Ron Paul would bring the size and scope of federal government  down to scalea as intended by founders.  I think so too!

Federal government must do its enumerated powers and duties first. After that, cool it.

He needs to win a primary and pick up delegates along the way to make a big splash at the national convention 2012.

TINO,

Chris says he will not run 2012 but Rudy shows signs of interest, I think. He is a neocon in a field of neocons. Both men are popular, though.

Michael,

How is Ron Paul isolationist?

He may object to UN, WTO and foreigners determining harmful trade policies and he does not like to startt wars and occupy it as neocons have introduced. Until recently US was but a regional power , a republic.

It is time, we the People wake up to the fact that our country has been run for decades by a cadre of individuals that don't care about the people at all. They are more concerned about maintaining their own power structure and the Media is definitely controlled by them. It is also time, we realize that the majority of our politicians are under their control and are  collecting more money and power for themselves. It is also time we know that our system of elections is a fraud and that, if they don't adhere to their handlers wishes they cannot be elected. I.E  they are selected, not elected.

Thank you Mark Bartok, he is also the only one that can bring our country back to our founding principals.

I have never thought of Ron Paul as a nut! To be totally honest with you when you look at most of these politicians - Ron Paul seems to be the only down to earth sane human being amongst them!

If you are one of the people, in this case Ron Paul is not a Lawyer, he is a Doctor, I find that the Main Stream Media, really attack the good politicians as they also did Rand Paul, that is beacause the MSM is owned by Globalists,"Rupert Murdoch and Ted Turner! If you are not a member of CFR, Bilderberg or Trilateral Commission the MSM will Demonize these leaders!

Sorry to hear that Kasich has waffled.  I always thought him a great communicator and highly electable.

But really, folks, you've got to give up on Ron Paul.  He's just not electable.  And isolationism is simply not a realistic stance in today's world.  I'm all for libertarianism (small "L"), but face it, Paul comes off as a bit of a nut.  Maybe Rand will grow into the job...
