Wow. How bad does President Obama have to be feeling right now?

I mean to be watching the news and listening as his fellow liberals readily admit that he has been a disaster for his own party and a disaster for our nation, that must feel horrible. Liberal Democrat Alan Dershowitz recently argued that Obama would go down as the “worst foreign policy President ever.” Now, Sam Stein, of the Huffington Post (and frequent guest on MSNBC) can be heard explaining that Obama has singlehandedly destroyed the Democrat Party.

Then on the other hand, you look at the destruction of the Democratic Party under Barack Obama’s leadership, and you have to wonder, you know, what was the political — what were the electoral benefits that he gave to the party? He leaves them in a much worse position. He — the states are decimated, they’ve lost control of the House and Senate. The Governorships are decimated. So, yeah, maybe he — he is obviously a gifted candidate. He didn’t won — he didn’t won election twice by substantial margins, but, you know, his legacy as a politician is a bit muddied by all that.

Then, also on MSNBC, a sitting liberal Democrat U.S. Senator, Chris Murphy (D-CT) could be heard arguing that Donald Trump would like do a better job policy-wise on Israel! Yes, a liberal Democrat just admitted that Republicans are better for American-Israeli relations and for keeping Israel safe.

What I think is alarming to many of us is that there are other ways to convey that objection to the Israelis than through the United Nations. The United Nations is fundamentally not a fair forum for the Israelis and traditionally the United States has tried to keep these resolutions at bay if not vetoing them, at least working behind the scenes to make sure they don’t come up for a vote and expressing our objections in other forums…

I certainly think that [Trump] can build a better relationship with Netanyahu [than Obama has], but when the United States has been most productive when it comes to trying to achieve peace, it is when we are percieved by the Israelis and the Palestinians as being able to bring those two sides together.

It’s nice to see that liberals are finally starting to realize just how horrible the Barack Obama era has been for America.
