Would You join A Class Action Lawsuit to Force Obama to Prove Eligibilty?
While most believe this issue is DOA, I for one have long suspected that Obama would eventually release a forged document. Until the original has undergone forensic testing, I will not believe it is real. In fact experts all over the country are coming out of the woodwork and crying FAKE!!!
Anyone with a little GIMP or Photoshop knowledge can clearly see that this is a created document, and not a very good one at that.
Let's give Obama the benefit of the doubt for a moment, it still doesn't change who he is or what he believes. He is still a Marxist and should clearly be classified an Enemy of the State and tried for Treason.
As I expected, the liberal media is howling in laughter, seething with derision, and counting it as a victory and final death blow for conservatism.
I say not so fast!
We can't let up, in fact we need to drill in even deeper. We may or may not be able to force the testing of the actual document (if there is one) but we can certainly continue to demand his other records, we can continue to organize and develop strategies to defeat this liar and remove him and his putrid entourage from office.

I believe that this is the greatest threat to our constitutional republic that has ever been foisted upon us and that we MUST demand to see ALL of Obama's records. What is he hiding?
Most people seem to dismiss or ignore the Obama eligibility question without knowing the true facts. Regardless of the many other arguments such as his hiding his birth records and scholastic records, both parents are required to be natural born U.S. citizens. His weren't. This alone disqualifies him. Period!
If Obama were proven to be ineligible to hold the office of President, everything he has signed into law would automatically be repealed, and he along with Biden would be removed from office because the ticket would have been illegitimate from the outset.
The court cases brought against him have been on behalf of a few individuals, that the courts have said "Have no Standing" to bring the case. They have been dismissed not on evidence, but on the question of standing. If we as taxpaying Americans who will have to live under the regulations this man signs into law and their resulting consequences, how is it that we don't have standing to demand our President prove his eligibility? (The treatment of Col. Terry Lakin was shameful) Not to mention our first amendment right to a redress of grievances against the government.
It is my thought that a judge would have a very hard time dismissing thousands, tens of thousands, or even millions of Americans joined together requiring the right to discovery. A grass roots effort could accomplish this very quickly across the Internet.
So the question is... would you be willing to join with other patriotic Americans in a Class Action Law Suit demanding the removal of Barak Obama based on the fact that he is ineligible to hold the office of President?

The response to this post demonstrates that people are excited about the possibility of taking personal and direct action to address the issue of Obama's refusal to produce a Birth Certificate, College Records, and a myriad of other documents that would fill in the blanks of this man from no-where.
I am in the process of contacting several people who can help me determine:
1) Is a Class Action Suit legally viable
2) Can I count on certain people with resources and influence to participate in this effort and take it viral across the Internet.
3) How quickly can we mount a lawsuit. I am also trying to find out if the majority of attorney's who have been or are fighting the battle already are willing to share information in order to determine what has worked, what has failed, and how can we move forward without going over the same ground that has already been covered by the multiple suits.

If I try to send e-mail from gmail they will probably close the account so I will work on setting up an email address that I can send from.
Some are worried about the cost, it is my hope that if we can get certain people to cooperate and we know that there will be a massive response, each person on the suit can join for free if they just can't afford to help, but that the majority would donate $29.95 each to cover the cost of mounting the suit. That shouldn't break anybody. Once an attorney(s) are in place we can address how the donations will be processed and accounted for.
If enough people respond we can use it to finance a media blitz that would gain greater support and publicity putting more pressure on those deciding the case.
Of course I may find out that no one wants to touch this effort, at which point I will share that with you also.

Rosy Rosy you are dead on. We should focus on the fact that Obummers communist father was a dual citizen and that alone makes him ineligible to be POTUS. The birth certificate would be used to instantly make null and void all legislation and appointments!

Right On Rosy . . . With that being said, shouldn't those in charge of the vetting process be held accountable ? They have no doubt failed at this process, be it intentional or not, which has left our National Security quite vulnerable. It is astounding that those in charge of this process have not had to answer for the "blatant" disqualifying background of Mr. Obama ! Obama is a very small fish in this vast pond of either conspiracy or stupidity, either way, the powers that be who allowed this unqualified man to run, what "was" the most successful country on earth, should be made to answer for it !

Holy Mackerel! I have been saying that ever since this fool was nominated-let alone elected. He is not eligible to be POTUS. Why is it that just now someone is taking notice of our constitution and the requirements of eligibility for the highest office in the world?
I have repeatedly asked if that was the reason he will not release any information about his birth. Nor will he tell us all about his communist mentoring, being raised a muslim and attending Mosques with his father, his education and who paid for it, how he got a foreign student grant to attend Occidental College, what country's citizenship was on the VISA and passport he used to visit Pakistan in the '80's when NO American was allowed to do so, and the list just goes on and on. Why has Obama spent over $2 million to conceal these facts?
Now Eric Cantor will not investigate the allegations of fraud? Who is behind this magnanamous conspiracy to keep Americans in the dark?? One thing for certain, our "tingley" lame-stream media does not want any investigation lest we all find the total of their involvement in this conspiracy. Amazing isin't it . . . One man's "obscene birther" is another man's "truth seeker " and as we've all been told, "The Truth Will Set You Free" - literally ! I think so many feel, especially our politician's, that even though Obama was able to dodge his elegibility for the Presidency, that our economy is in such diseray, it's best to move forward rather then "point fingers" at what should have taken place. Yet . . . the bigger picture is, that if those who failed to follow vetting protocol and potentially placed this country in harms way, ie... National Security, Undisclosed Bailouts, Healthcare Tailspin, etc ... are not held accountable, WE ARE DOOMED TO REPEAT THIS INEXCUSABLE BREACH OF AMERICA'S TRUST ! What is the Tea Party's take on this, as this should be at the top of their list. I have wrote so many letters to Congressmen, Senators and the mainstream media, cable networks, and newspapers and etc. I was on 3 grand juries, and sent our presentments to many of the Senators and Congressman of no avail....it is is I am null and void. Obama should be null and void. There is definitely a conspiracy within the whole government. This lawsuit could be at least effectual in presenting name of many. I do hope we hear soon from Tom Cooper regarding any further development in this plan. God Help America!!

Suzanne I and many others share your frustration. There is definitely a vast conspiracy of silence on our illegal alien in the White House. Eric Cantor, John Boehner, Darrell Issa, allthese Congressmen who have the authority to demand of this marxist thug all his papers and they do nothing though 58 % or more of Americans doubt this son of satans legitimancy to hold office! Even if he werent in office illegaly his blatant destruction of our nation, economically, culturally and all ways is high treason of innumerous counts warrants his immediate removal from office to be imediately imprisoned! God help us Suzanne because there is no one in Congress willing to take up for us.

Now Eric Cantor will not investigate the allegations of fraud? Who is behind this magnanamous conspiracy to keep Americans in the dark?? Nancy Pelosi is involved and at fault because she failed to certify Obama's election as required. Did she know doing so would put her in jeopardy of jail time since there was no given proof of his eligibilituy?
Doubting Obama makes you an "obscene birther", apparently a low form of life in their minds. Does everbody know it's wrong but are afraid of being labeled thus if they speak?

This is all very frustrating indeed. I don't think that people in power "don't give a hoot", I think they are all very afraid of something. We must continue shedding the light on the matter. If our representatives feel that we are standing behind them, maybe they will get up the courage to do soemthing about it. It would have been easy for ONE person in Congress to stand up and question the matter in January of 2009 BEFORE the inauguration but nobody dared. Today, the situation is much worse. Somehow, the man must be stopped. As the saying goes, an error becomes a mistake when one refuses to correct it.

William, It is good to hear from you! I was just getting ready to go to bed. It is 1130 here in Arkansas. I read about Tim Adams earlier today also. My main concern about this son of satan is his satanic hatred of the American people and the possibility or is it probability of his using the military to crush the American peoplelike Hitler did the German people.
