Would You join A Class Action Lawsuit to Force Obama to Prove Eligibilty?
While most believe this issue is DOA, I for one have long suspected that Obama would eventually release a forged document. Until the original has undergone forensic testing, I will not believe it is real. In fact experts all over the country are coming out of the woodwork and crying FAKE!!!
Anyone with a little GIMP or Photoshop knowledge can clearly see that this is a created document, and not a very good one at that.
Let's give Obama the benefit of the doubt for a moment, it still doesn't change who he is or what he believes. He is still a Marxist and should clearly be classified an Enemy of the State and tried for Treason.
As I expected, the liberal media is howling in laughter, seething with derision, and counting it as a victory and final death blow for conservatism.
I say not so fast!
We can't let up, in fact we need to drill in even deeper. We may or may not be able to force the testing of the actual document (if there is one) but we can certainly continue to demand his other records, we can continue to organize and develop strategies to defeat this liar and remove him and his putrid entourage from office.
Don't give up. Press in!

I believe that this is the greatest threat to our constitutional republic that has ever been foisted upon us and that we MUST demand to see ALL of Obama's records. What is he hiding?
Most people seem to dismiss or ignore the Obama eligibility question without knowing the true facts. Regardless of the many other arguments such as his hiding his birth records and scholastic records, both parents are required to be natural born U.S. citizens. His weren't. This alone disqualifies him. Period!
If Obama were proven to be ineligible to hold the office of President, everything he has signed into law would automatically be repealed, and he along with Biden would be removed from office because the ticket would have been illegitimate from the outset.
The court cases brought against him have been on behalf of a few individuals, that the courts have said "Have no Standing" to bring the case. They have been dismissed not on evidence, but on the question of standing. If we as taxpaying Americans who will have to live under the regulations this man signs into law and their resulting consequences, how is it that we don't have standing to demand our President prove his eligibility? (The treatment of Col. Terry Lakin was shameful) Not to mention our first amendment right to a redress of grievances against the government.
It is my thought that a judge would have a very hard time dismissing thousands, tens of thousands, or even millions of Americans joined together requiring the right to discovery. A grass roots effort could accomplish this very quickly across the Internet.
So the question is... would you be willing to join with other patriotic Americans in a Class Action Law Suit demanding the removal of Barak Obama based on the fact that he is ineligible to hold the office of President?

The response to this post demonstrates that people are excited about the possibility of taking personal and direct action to address the issue of Obama's refusal to produce a Birth Certificate, College Records, and a myriad of other documents that would fill in the blanks of this man from no-where.
I am in the process of contacting several people who can help me determine:
1) Is a Class Action Suit legally viable
2) Can I count on certain people with resources and influence to participate in this effort and take it viral across the Internet.
3) How quickly can we mount a lawsuit. I am also trying to find out if the majority of attorney's who have been or are fighting the battle already are willing to share information in order to determine what has worked, what has failed, and how can we move forward without going over the same ground that has already been covered by the multiple suits.

If I try to send e-mail from gmail they will probably close the account so I will work on setting up an email address that I can send from.
Some are worried about the cost, it is my hope that if we can get certain people to cooperate and we know that there will be a massive response, each person on the suit can join for free if they just can't afford to help, but that the majority would donate $29.95 each to cover the cost of mounting the suit. That shouldn't break anybody. Once an attorney(s) are in place we can address how the donations will be processed and accounted for.
If enough people respond we can use it to finance a media blitz that would gain greater support and publicity putting more pressure on those deciding the case.
Of course I may find out that no one wants to touch this effort, at which point I will share that with you also.

They can't find it either. I have a hint for them though. Check Kenya where he was born. They're the only country in the world who will claim him. They must be A little slow over there.

I would love to see obama supply his credentials especially his birth certificate, I understand the newly elected Gov. of Hawaii is having a hard time finding it, there were private investigations prior to 2008 which verified that no hospitals In Hawaii have Barrak Hussein Obama on record for a birth only an announcement of his birth with the address of his Grand parents, Heck yes I would join such a movement it is about time. How dare Obama threaten Americans with a Federal offense if they cant prove Insurance, yet he wont prove his eligibility.

Yes, Lucas Smith had to pay some money to get the copy from Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, and has sworn, under oath, to its authenticity, and Orly Taitz has it to use if she ever gets a judge to hear her cases. Orly has just sent a letter (can be seen at her website) to Gov Abercrombie, Gov of HI, under the FOIA, for everything he has found in the archives that relate to Obama. Can't wait to see what he does about that. I know he lied when he said he 'socialized' with O's parents in HI at dates when O, Sr. was in the states going to school at Harvard, and mommy was in WA state going to college. SUCH A BUNCH OF LIARS!! But the Kenyan's are proud of 'their' boy, and have even made a memorial of the home where he lived after being born until mommy flew out to WA with him when he was 3 wks old. Investigation has gotten sworn to statements from those in WA that knew mommy and cared for the baby boy. There is SO MUCH proof of his fraud, if an uncorrupt court could be found to hear Orly's case and enter all the documentation. I send every penny I can afford to help Orly. She doesn't just talk; SHE ACTS!! She came to America to get away from socialism, and if Obama has his way, America will become a socialist country, and she will have no where else to go. SHE IS FIGHTING FOR ALL OF US!! Please support her in any way you can. She is on FB, too, so you can follow what she is doing.

FYI-Hawaii didn't put footprints on birth certificates in the 40's, 50's and 60's. I don't know what they do now. I have three older sisters, two were born in Hawaii as was I and one was born in Indiana. Only the Indiana BC has footprints.

The hot air coming out of Hawaii about Barky's birth certificate just took a big fizzle. Seems there is no long form birth certificate with the foot print and doctors signature.

He warned it is the same law "championed by Osama bin Laden and the Taliban; it is the same law that prompted the 9/11 Islamic terrorist attacks; and it is the same law that is responsible for the murder of thousands of Christians throughout the world. Shariah law – the 1,200-year-old body of Islamic canon law based on the Quran, which demands the destruction of Western civilization and the United States.
Murray v. Geithner et al., was brought because Murray, as a taxpayer, alleges he is being forced to contribute to the propagation of Islamic beliefs and practices predicated upon Shariah law, which he says is hostile to his Christian religion and the law center will do everything it can to stop Shariah law from rearing its ugly head in America.
So you see, its more than just proving Obama is a liar; which we all know to be true anyway.

Despite all the insults, fines, harassment, Orly Taitz continues to fight to expose Obama. There are a lot of groups that are 'heap big smoke, but no fire'. I will continue to support Orly financially as best I can, an old lady on SS, to save this country as I knew it for my grandkids, and now the great grands being born. I know Orly will NEVER give up her fight to save this country that she can appreciate, having moved here from socialism. If this regime is ever to be exposed, it will be through her efforts, and those who choose to join her in the fight. United we stand, divided, we will fall. We must all come together as one powerful group, and Orly should be one of those leading this group.

Both Obama's grandmother and mother worked in areas where they could get SS numbers for 'their boy'. He went from Barry Soetoro, citizen of Indonesia, to POTUS, using anywhere from 29 to 39 different SS numbers. I have seen both numbers listed, but we know for sure at least 29 different numbers associated with the name of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. Orly Taitz has been doing a lot of digging into this, and has quality PI's working for her. They have revealed that O's current SS number was issued in CT, where he never lived or worked, at a time when he was living in HI, where he claims to have first worked, and yet no SS number can be found as being issued to him in HI. The one he currently uses belongs to a WOMAN who would be, at this time. 121 years old. That is called identity theft, a felony. If you or I did what Obama has done, we would be rotting behind bars for a long, long time. POTUS should not be above the law! I have told Darrell Issa, on his wall on FB, that this is something that should be investigated first, as all other stuff is moot if Obama is Barry Soetoro; his signature is worthless, and no bills signed by him would be legal, enactable, or enforceable...but Issa seems to be ignoring the issue in his capacity of investigating the corruption in the Obama administration. Everybody needs to go to Issa's wall and keep pressure on him.

Why are you instructing U.S. attorneys’ office to spend hundreds of thousands of taxpayers’ dollars in courts fighting me, instead of unsealing your Social Security application.? Why don’t you explain to American people, why you do not have a valid Social Security number of your own from HI, why are you sitting in our White House, using someone else’s social security number?

Norman, Who is he I can tell you this that a Muslim is allowed to lie as long it is for benefit of Islam, I am happy that I never voted for him keeps my hands clean I think that there should be a law suit filed there is no way that I can believe him to be a citizen he seems to not have love for anyone and he is working at having us all under his thumb he wants to be the one with the power and in control of every nation, wait when he starts letting all come in they will be like puppets he already know that a lot of citizens know what he is about now he needs to make friends with the Mexicans to get the votes, they work for cheaper wages, and will do as they are told because the green card will be used as a control method vote for me or else you will loose your green card....
