Would You join A Class Action Lawsuit to Force Obama to Prove Eligibilty?
While most believe this issue is DOA, I for one have long suspected that Obama would eventually release a forged document. Until the original has undergone forensic testing, I will not believe it is real. In fact experts all over the country are coming out of the woodwork and crying FAKE!!!
Anyone with a little GIMP or Photoshop knowledge can clearly see that this is a created document, and not a very good one at that.
Let's give Obama the benefit of the doubt for a moment, it still doesn't change who he is or what he believes. He is still a Marxist and should clearly be classified an Enemy of the State and tried for Treason.
As I expected, the liberal media is howling in laughter, seething with derision, and counting it as a victory and final death blow for conservatism.
I say not so fast!
We can't let up, in fact we need to drill in even deeper. We may or may not be able to force the testing of the actual document (if there is one) but we can certainly continue to demand his other records, we can continue to organize and develop strategies to defeat this liar and remove him and his putrid entourage from office.

I believe that this is the greatest threat to our constitutional republic that has ever been foisted upon us and that we MUST demand to see ALL of Obama's records. What is he hiding?
Most people seem to dismiss or ignore the Obama eligibility question without knowing the true facts. Regardless of the many other arguments such as his hiding his birth records and scholastic records, both parents are required to be natural born U.S. citizens. His weren't. This alone disqualifies him. Period!
If Obama were proven to be ineligible to hold the office of President, everything he has signed into law would automatically be repealed, and he along with Biden would be removed from office because the ticket would have been illegitimate from the outset.
The court cases brought against him have been on behalf of a few individuals, that the courts have said "Have no Standing" to bring the case. They have been dismissed not on evidence, but on the question of standing. If we as taxpaying Americans who will have to live under the regulations this man signs into law and their resulting consequences, how is it that we don't have standing to demand our President prove his eligibility? (The treatment of Col. Terry Lakin was shameful) Not to mention our first amendment right to a redress of grievances against the government.
It is my thought that a judge would have a very hard time dismissing thousands, tens of thousands, or even millions of Americans joined together requiring the right to discovery. A grass roots effort could accomplish this very quickly across the Internet.
So the question is... would you be willing to join with other patriotic Americans in a Class Action Law Suit demanding the removal of Barak Obama based on the fact that he is ineligible to hold the office of President?

The response to this post demonstrates that people are excited about the possibility of taking personal and direct action to address the issue of Obama's refusal to produce a Birth Certificate, College Records, and a myriad of other documents that would fill in the blanks of this man from no-where.
I am in the process of contacting several people who can help me determine:
1) Is a Class Action Suit legally viable
2) Can I count on certain people with resources and influence to participate in this effort and take it viral across the Internet.
3) How quickly can we mount a lawsuit. I am also trying to find out if the majority of attorney's who have been or are fighting the battle already are willing to share information in order to determine what has worked, what has failed, and how can we move forward without going over the same ground that has already been covered by the multiple suits.

If I try to send e-mail from gmail they will probably close the account so I will work on setting up an email address that I can send from.
Some are worried about the cost, it is my hope that if we can get certain people to cooperate and we know that there will be a massive response, each person on the suit can join for free if they just can't afford to help, but that the majority would donate $29.95 each to cover the cost of mounting the suit. That shouldn't break anybody. Once an attorney(s) are in place we can address how the donations will be processed and accounted for.
If enough people respond we can use it to finance a media blitz that would gain greater support and publicity putting more pressure on those deciding the case.
Of course I may find out that no one wants to touch this effort, at which point I will share that with you also.

Very true Linda,and obama actually told us before he was elected that he was going to ignore our constitution but people ignored it. Before the election I heard obama say that the US constitution should be judged by international law. His two appointments to the supreme court said the same thing. So for the first time in history we have a president and two court justices who say they are not going to uphold the constitution eventhough they swore to do so. Soon living in America will be like living in a muslim country and you might as well be talking to a wall as to tell a democrat voter that. They are happily ignorant of the obvious.

I'll check into the link you offered and will contact michele bachmann's office for sure. This is frightening and what Roy has said does not surprise me. Just last week a friend told me that his son came home from school and upon discussing the day with him, found out that their class was praying for the muslim brotherhood. when my friend asked his son why, he was told that the teacher told the class that they were a peaceful group that needed prayer. My friend took his son to the computer and they did research on the MB. He was able to show his son the history behind the MB and that they are not peaceful. If it's in my small city in the school, then I believe it must be everywhere.
If we did not have a Lord who cares deeply for His children, all of this would be keeping me up at night. However, God knows what He is doing and those that He directs will fight and win. The peace from the Lord keeps me confident in His answers and I pray it keeps you as well. Thank you all for your help.

I know Act For America is a very good group and this is their specialty, keep track of the Muslim organizations. Yes, call Michele Bachmann office. I think you will get more info within a faster amount of time than sending and e-mail.

There's no better way to put it. As far as the abortion
centers are concerned, 40 Days for Life is just bad for
business.
While this is not the main reason that we pray outside
abortion facilities, it does show that when women
choose life, it affects the one thing the abortion
industry really cares about -- money!

prayer vigil," said Janet in Augusta, "Family Planning
Association of Maine hung a banner with a comic strip
type character with the words 'defend the truth.'"
This facility has used a high-profile (but ineffective)
program called "pledge-a-picket." The idea is to get
pro-abortion donors to pledge a certain amount of money
for each person praying outside the building.
Recently, she said, they spent big money on a new
surveillance system. "They've focused some of their
resources on us. We are costing them money."
The Augusta campaign was featured this week on WABI-TV
in Maine.
The reporter interviewed a spokeswoman for the abortion
center, who complained of demonstrators "harassing" their
clients. The video then showed a couple of volunteers
against a background of snow -- bundled up on a cold
Maine day -- quietly praying for an end to abortion.

A record crowd of 120 turned out for the kickoff of the
fifth 40 Days for Life campaign in Syracuse.
Coordinators noted that the Planned Parenthood facility
in Syracuse was the first freestanding abortion center
in the United States.
It opened for business on July 2, 1970 -- 40 years ago
(abortion was legal in New York prior to the 1973
Roe v. Wade ruling).
"We are thrilled to be here and do God's work and
bring His light and love and mercy to this darkest
corner of our city," Jeannie, one of the coordinators,
told the crowd.
"We're uniting in prayer and fasting with 247 cities,"
she said. "That's tens of thousands of people praying
and fasting. And we're expectant that God will do great
things for us."

I am confounded to see how the battle over the issue
of life is perceived more often in churches today as
political rather than spiritual.
Ironically, the enemy has used this twisted perception
to silence many in the body of Christ.
We must see the battle for what it is and we must
daily "put on" the armor God has given us:
>> Gird your waist with Truth (vs. 14) -- Commit your
emotions to believe truth and to speak truth,
regardless of the repercussions.
>> Put on the breastplate of Righteousness (vs. 14) --
It will protect our hearts -- the innermost springs of
our beings -- from all unrighteousness so evident in
this fallen world.
>> Shod your feet with the preparation of the Gospel
of Peace. (vs. 15) -- Preparation is vital if we are
to be effective in God's work.
>> Taking the shield of faith (vs.16) -- The Accuser
will instill doubt, fear, and guilt. Faith acts as an
invisible shield that deflects such false accusations.
>> Taking the Helmet of salvation (vs.17) -- A helmet
protects the head, the brain and in turn our mind and
thoughts. Satan hopes we will set aside divine
revelation for human reasoning.
>> Taking the sword of the Spirit (vs.17) -- The Word
of God, the only offensive weapon in this armor, was
used by the Lord Jesus against Satan. The living Word
is powerful and effective.
Our armor is complete. We are ready to wage war, and
the next verse tells us how, "Praying always with all
prayer and supplication in the spirit." (vs.18)

hope you heard this. West Virginia is defying the Supreme Court by designing a bill that will make it a crime to protest at military funerals. The charge would be a misdemeaor but it is putting the so-called church on notice that its actions will not be tolerated.

obama will fight this just like he is fighting Arizona. I guess he will report them to the UN. too. obama is already in contempt of court on many issues but even the court can't seem to over rule the race card.

Just last week I was listening to a Christian radio station, the show was Crosstalk America. I was catching the middle of it so I don't know the speaker. But his first name was Waleed. He was American and he was at one time associated with or knew someone associated with the Muslim Brotherhood. Anyway, he said that he would not be surprised if the muslims blew up the Statue of Liberty because they wanted it to be wearing a berca? Not sure of the spelling of that. but that is just too wierd to hear that last week, and this now? They are too bold, using our civil rights against us for their own benefit. This needs to stop NOW. Our government gives them a little and they expect so much more. Scary.
