The new Chicken Little on Global Warming

Here is a variation of the story “Chicken Little” There are several versions of the story. The modern version makes Chicken Little a hero. The original versions are more in line of think before you act, and before you follow someone, not to be blindly led. 

Now we all know the story of Chicken little out in the woods scratching for food when a Acorn hits him on the head. Chicken Little assumes the sky must be falling. Chicken Little felt something hit his head, and rather than search for what hit him. He did not wait to see if it happens again. Nope using a limited amount of data comes to the conclusion the sky must be falling. So he must tell the king. So off he goes in a panic. It is the end of the world!!! Something MUST be done! So off he goes, and along the way he comes by Turkey Lurkey and Ducky Lucky. They are so impressed with his considerable knowledge and his expertise on the subject of the sky falling. He sounds like such a authority that nobody check his theory.  So they join him in the journey to tell the king. All the way chanting “The Sky is Falling” over and over. You see if it is said more and more, it becomes more believable and of coarse the more you believe something the more you can get others to believe it. They come past Foxy Loxy. Foxy Loxy sees a fantastic opportunity, one that will greatly benefit himself.  So Foxy tells Chicken Little that he is going to help them with his cause. And that he would take them all to the King.  In the end ol Foxy Loxy traps them all and eats them all up.

  Here is my Version.

 There was this Professor Phil Jones of University of East Anglia going about his business and going over some data.  I will call him CL.  

Now CL notices a trend, There is a slow rise in the Earths temperature. And comes to the conclusion that “The Earth is Warming” He and his team writes papers on the subject.  They must let the UN know. They write in such a expert way that it convinces near all the other chickens, oh I mean scientist. Lets not forget the money lining the pockets of CL and his barnyard pals. http://socyberty.com/issues/climate-change-obvious-your-fault-not-l...

Oh the temperatures are sure enough rising. When questioned about their methods of date gathering. The reply was that when the sensors were set up many at airports they were in rural areas and as population grew the airports were now in Urban areas where the temperatures are a bit higher. This is nothing but pure gloom and doom if we do not get the Earth to stop warming. All Oceanside cities are going to be flooded and will kill millions of people. Pandemonium is inevitable if we do not do something right away. Ducky Media convinces so many of the Turkeys that cannot think for themselves that the Earth is Warming. Say it enough on all the networks and so many Turkeys will believe this potential catastrophe.  So they head to the King, I mean the UN. And along the way they meet Foxy Loxy I mean the EPA. EPA  confers with the UN and the two come up with a plan that will meet their agenda.   To lure in all the Turkey Lurky’s I mean people of America. Tax them to drive their car. Tax them to light their homes. Tax them to heat their homes. Tax those evil business owners. If we tax enough we surely can stop the world from warming. So the Turkeys lose so many jobs. Their jobs went to places like China. China laughs at CL and the King UN with Foxy EPA, and does not care if the Earth is Warming.  

The Turkeys Drive cars they do not like, that are full of Lithium batteries we do not yet know what it is going to cost to dispose of and where. The Turkeys put in Mercury filled light bulbs, they are told will help the Earth stop warming. But what about our landfills and water supply? The Turkeys have not figured out that Foxey EPA and the King UN are lureing them into a trap that will confiscate all they make and eat them up with taxes. Taxes all the Turkeys think they need to pay in order to save the Earth. When it is true that no amount of taxes will change Gods plan for the Earth.

 Foolish Turkeys. If they only paid attention in school to history. They might have learned that in the Mid 1800’s there was large amount of exploration in the Area Known as the Northwest Passage.  One of the Minions of the EPA and UN named Al said in a oh so famous movie he made, that the Northwest Passage was never free of ice. If that is so, how did a 455 ton sailing ship make it to Banks Island and be stranded in ice in what is now known as Mercy Bay in the year of our Lord 1855.  And ask AL how that ship sailed into there?

This turkey does not believe CL, Ducky Media or AL. Because this Turkey lives in Texas getting near record cold weather, recovering from 8 inches of snow. And been out of work nearly a week due to the cold weather. This Turkey thinks all this EPA crap is to confiscate the money I work so hard for and infringe on my way of life.So for all you Turkeys out there that believe AL.

Answer one question for me.Just how did the HMS Investigator get to Mercy Bay in 1855? Answer that question for me. Oh by the way, the HMS Investigator was on a rescue mission to locate other ships stranded in the area. How did they sail in?  Mercy Bay is at the Arctic Sea on the Arctic circle. If Al says this area has never been free of ice except for now. Now that man has caused warming and all the ice is melting and the Polar Bears have no place to go. Who was to blame in the mid 1800’s? Wake up all you Turkeys before you are dinner for the EPA and UN. 

In a nutshell the “Green”  technology business is a mega money industry. And these mega companies that have invested Billions  in lobbying Congress to put in place their fix the world solution. In Big Business or Politics truth and responsibility have little to do with policy but rather how much money and power can be achieved from these innovations whether they work or not.

 Biofuels are a perfect example of bad policy. I have read that it takes the equivalent  of 1.3 gallons of fossil fuel in the form of coal for electricity and diesel fuel for the tractors to get the corn out of the field and the trucks to transport it. We are in the h*** by 30%. To make it even worse I read another article that alcohol does not burn as clean in a engine as originally thought.

The only absolute in this experiment is that the price of food has skyrocketed. But have our politicians backed off this policy? No, because the investors in this technology have not made the money they projected to make. So the lie goes on as long as we the people will buy it.

 Folks I do not claim to be any expert. I like history and am able to connect the dots. Pure common sense. I seen the story of the HMS Investigator on the History or Science channel, I forget which. Hmmm 1850. How did that ship get there? The History channel had a story of Vikings that explored the area in 1493. What caused the ice to melt in these periods of time? Man certainly had nothing to do with it. And while the times surely have changed with Cars, Planes, electric plants and so on. But the amount of the carbon in the air then is very little different than now. My logic tells me that if the percentage on Carbon Dioxide is a fraction of a percent different then and now. My logic says big deal. Had we gone from a fraction to a whole one or two percent. OK I can see where that might be a issue. But we are splitting hairs about fractions.

Simple logic tells me that we are on a cycle. Another simple logic is that plants REQUIRE Carbon Dioxide to create oxygen. So is the Carbon Dioxide in parts a fraction  of a percent really a pollutant to be governed by the EPA? I can continue with the oh so many stories on TV right in front of us to open our eyes. But too many of us choose to be spoon fed our opinion.  

We have got to get to the point of the story of Chicken Little. One to not jump to conclusions, and question the so called experts. And ask the question, is the expert biased? What has he got to gain. Are the experts simply pandering to the people with the money?  And we as people need to not be blindly led to a opinion. We must question just a bit before we jump on the bandwagon.

 Too often while talking to people about different issues, I will ask how do they know? Well I heard it on the news, the most common reply. Did you look up the facts yourself? And 99% of the time the answer is no.  True the truth is hard to distinguish these days. Everyone on the internet has a opinion. I try to look more to historical fact rather than political opinion. History usually is recorded a bit more accurately. So all I am saying,  do not be the Turkey Lurkey and blindly follow the idiots that have no better clue what is happening due to being so full of themselves. The Politicians that want power over people. And Big Business that has no conscious, and are loyal to money only.
